(Monroe, LA) -- Early voting continues today in Louisiana. About 500 people cast their ballots in Ouachita Parish when early voting began on Saturday.

The ballot in Ouachita includes the Monroe and Richwood mayoral candidates, Presidential Primary candidates and Alderman races.

Officials at the Registrar of Voters say residents trickled in and out to vote Monday, which is normal for this type of election.

Voters can cast their ballots at the Ouachita Registrar of Voter's office on Saint John Street until Saturday and at the Chennault Aviation and military museum on Friday and Saturday. Hours are 8:30 a-m to 6 p.m.
