U.S. Chamber of Commerce Endorses Bucshon

Indiana 8th District Congressman, Larry Bucshon, has another endorsement under his belt.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has thrown its support behind Bucshon in his re-election bid.

This is the third major endorsement picked up by Bucshon.  The others came in late March from the National Rifle Association and Indiana Right to Life.

A letter of endorsement from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce states:  "We believe that your re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives will help produce sustained economic growth, help create more jobs, and get our country back on track.  "It is the Chamber's goal to help elect a pro-business majority in Congress and work diligently in support of the interests of businesses large and small to advance legislation that encourages economic growth, job creation, and a less intrusive federal government. Your record of support on pro-business issues earned this endorsement."

Bucshon, in responding to the endorsement, said,  "I'm proud to receive the endorsement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, an organization which shares my passion to foster economic growth and job creation in our community. We cannot afford President Obama's failed big government policies, which have resulted in continuous high unemployment. We must get Hoosiers back to work."
