Porter Makes Another Run for U.S. Congress

Meanwhile, on this Primary Election day, another candidate has thrown his name into the ring for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania's 3rd district.

Steven Porter filed his initial paper work to run as an Independent in the November election.

He will be up against Republican incumbent Mike Kelly, Democrat Missa Eaton and another Independent candidate, Stacey Gray.

This will be Porter's 4th attempt at this office.
