Curry County Bond Election Does Not Pass

CLOVIS -- Curry County voters decided on a $9.3 million bond election for the jail.
1,014 voted against it while 946 voted for it.
This was a retention vote meaning voters decided not to retain the bond.
As a result of them voting against it, their taxes could go down .
