Delays
Three key components will make up our weather through the end of the week: gusty winds, plenty of clouds and cooler temperatures. With a slow-moving upper-level low sitting across the Northeast, there will not be real improvement in our weather until the first half of the weekend.
It will remain breezy tonight with clouds taking over our skies. We're expecting a much cooler night as well with lows in the 50s. A few spots could dip into the upper 40s.
Thursday will bring more clouds than sun with a gusty northwest wind for most of the day. Furthermore, temperatures will struggle to reach the middle and upper 60s. You will certainly notice that autumn is in the air.
By Friday, we'll start to see a little improvement by later in the afternoon. The upper-level low will likely start to move away, which will allow the clouds to break up for sun, gradually, through the afternoon. It will remain windy and cool, though, with highs in the 60s.
