State Roads Advisory in North East PA (Nov. 1 ) 1 pm UPDATE

Dunmore - The following state routes (SR) are closed in north east PA at this time due to storm-related issues. PennDOT has already opened 57 roads that had been closed as a result of Hurricane Sandy.
LACKAWANNA COUNTY
SR 107 is closed in both directions between SR 407 and Basett Lake Road in Benton due to a downed tree.
SR 632 (PA-632) is closed in both directions between RT 407 to Miller Rd in Waverly due to a down tree.
SR 690 (PA 690) is closed in both directions between Quicktown Rd in Madison to Watts Rd in Salem due to down trees on utilities.
SR 2018 (Dorantown Road) is closed in both directions between Spring Brook Ave and Sandy Beach Road in Covington due to a downed utility.
SR 4001 (Marsh Brook RD) is closed in both directions between Benton Rd to a Private Rd in Benton due to a down tree on utility wires.
SR 4002 (Farnham Road) is closed in both directions between Baylor Lake Road and Holly Road in Benton due to a downed utility.
SR 2018 (Dorantown)is closed in both directions due to a downed utility .
LUZERNE COUNTY
SR 4024 (Talcott Hill/Grassy Pond) is closed in both directions between Post Office Road and Dobson Road in Ross Township due to a downed utility.
PIKE COUNTY
I-84 East Rest Area - Site 61, Promised Land, Pike County, closed until further notice
I-84 West Rest Area - Site 62, Promised Land, Pike County, closed until further notice
SR 402 is closed in both directions between Thunder Swamp Road and Silver Lake Road in Porter due to downed trees.
SR 409 is closed in both directions between Pine Flats Road and Silver Lake Road in Porter due to a downed tree.
SR 434 is closed in both directions between Shohola Falls Road and McKean Valley Road in Shohola for a downed pole and utilities.
SR 434 is closed in both directions between Kuhn Road and Lackawaxen Road in Shohola due to a downed tree.
SR 739 is closed in both directions between Travis Road and Blooming Grove due to downed utilities. Anticipated reopening, Tuesday, 8 a.m.
SR 2001 (Bushkill Falls Road/Milford Rd/Mill Street) is closed between Thurner Road in Lehman and Rockledge Road in Delaware for downed utilities.
SR 2003 (Bushkill Falls Road) is closed in both directions between Bushkill Falls Entrance Road and Arne Road in Lehman due to a downed utility.
SR 2003 (Bushkill Falls Road) is closed in both directions between Arne Road and Unity House Road in Lehman due to downed trees.
SR 2004 (Silver Lake Road) is closed in both directions between Flat Ridge Road and Little Mud Pond in Porter due to a downed tree.
SR 2009 (Raymondskill RD) is closed in both directions between Federal Rd and SR 2001 in Dingman due to a down tree.
SR 4006 (Towpath Road) is closed in both directions between SR 590 and Creek Road in Lackawaxen due to a downed utility.
WAYNE COUNTY
SR 590 is closed in both directions between the Fish and Game Commission Access Road and Bellemonte Ave in Palmyra due to downed utilities.
SR 1002 (Milanville/Kellows/Calkins Rd) is closed in both directions between Skinner Rd. and Carney Rd in Oregon due to downed utilities.
SR 1002 (Milanville/Kellows/Calkins Rd) is closed in both directions between 1001 and Torrey/Carney Ave in Oregon due to downed utilities.
SR 1002 (Milanville/Kellows/Calkins Rd) is closed in both directions between Sinner Rd in Oregon and Eighmy Rd in Damascus due to downed utilities.
SR 2002 (Lake Shore Drive) is closed in both directions between Finn Swamp Rd. and Private Drive in Paupack due to a downed utility
SR 2003 (Long Ridge Rd) is closed in both directions between Ridge Ave in Palmyra and Elizabeth St in Texas Township due to a downed utility.
SR 3004 (Moon Rd/Pond Rd0 is closed in both directions between Callapoose Rd and Twin Rocks Rd in Sterling due to a downed utility
SR 3006 (Ledgedale Rd) is closed between Savitz Rd and Miller Rd in Salem due to downed utilities
SR 3019 (Maplewood/Silkman/Rosengrant/Keystone Rd) is closed between Lake Henry Rd and Bob Black Rd in Lake due to a downed utility
SR 3040 (Avoy Rd) is closed in both directions between Eisenhower Rd and Berry Hollow Rd. in Paupack due to a downed utility.
SR 4005 (Beech Grove Rd) is closed between 4007 and Upper Crossroad Road in Dyberry due to a downed utility.
