New zoning in Eaton, Monroe Townships raises questions

Eaton Township, Wyoming County- Township leaders jointly passed new zoning regulations Tuesday night mirroring Pennsylvania's legally embattled Act 13. The law is sidelined indefinitely while a court weeds out the disagreements in the law. It's unclear what language Eaton Township and Monroe Township leaders included in the new zoning law.
