Old Lycoming Township Police Arrest Two on Fraud and Other Charges

Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County- Old Lycoming County Police arrested two people on fraud charges.
Police took Oshane Thompson and Katisha Armour into custody,  The two are originally from New York but recently moved to WIlliamsport.
 Police traveled to Ohio to pick the duo up after they were charged for speeding and marijuana possession.
   According to police Thompson and Armour were wanted in Old Lycoming Township  for using counterfeit American Express Card at a number of businesses in Old Lycomig Township from August 2012 to October 2012.
     Both Thompson and Armour were each charged with 88 counts of forgery, access device fraud, identity theft, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.   Both were then arraigned and committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $250,000.00 bail.
