Fire Damages Payne Street House

Kingston, Luzerne County- Two people forced out of their home after a fast moving fire on Payne Street in Kingston.  Crews on the scene tell Eyewitness News the fire started and in the kitchen and spread.
   The  house has alot of fire, smoke and water damage.
  Two people were inside the house at the time they were taken to the hospital with minor injuries
   Getting to the fire was difficult due to the snow-the roads in the area are very icy.
