Penn State Football is entering their eighth spring practice. Halfway through their fifteen workouts there has not been a clear running for the starting quarterback position for the Blue and White Game. Coach O'Brien says he hopes that Matt McGloi, Rob Bolden, or Paul Jones will stand out in the next couple of days just in time for the Blue and White Game on April 21st.
