3/26/12 Nittany Nation- First Day of Spring Football Practice

Spring football practice is underway for the Nittany Lions.  The first of fifteen spring workouts for first year head coach Bill O'Brien's Penn State team all leading up to the Blue and White Game on April 21st at Beaver Stadium.  It is like Christmas morning for Bill O'Brien and his coaching staff, they finally get to coach their new team.  Everybody in the program has a fresh start according to the head coach.  Penn State finished 9-4 and lost to Houston in the TicketCity Bowl.  The Nittany Lions return nine starters total on offense and defense.  O'Brien wants to install a "game-plan" offense for his new team.
