Mike McQueary is the former Penn State graduate assistant who says he allegedly saw Sandusky sexually abusing a young boy in the Lasch football building. McQueary testified to much of the information revealed at the Tim Curley-Gary Schultz preliminary hearing in December 2011. McQueary says in February 2001 he walked in on Sandusky and a young man, who was about 10 or 12 years old. McQueary says Sandusky and he saw each other. According to McQueary, Sandusky was doing something incredibly sexual and inappropriate.
McQueary says he left the building mad and called his father to talk about what he says he saw. McQueary said that a family friend, was there at McQueary's father's house and that they all discussed the alleged incident. This was apparently on the same day of the alleged incident. McQueary said he then reported what he saw to Joe Paterno.
About a week later, McQueary says he received a call from Tim Curley to meet with him and Gary Schultz. He said during this meeting he told them about the alleged abuse. McQueary says he never heard back from the two former university administrators.
In the meantime, he says he saw Sandusky on campus regularly.
