PA Supreme Court Rules Against Sandusky Delay

Last week, after failing to get a delay granted from the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Jerry Sandusky's lawyers requested a delay from the State Supreme Court. Today that Emergency Application for Extraordinary Relief was denied. And the motion for a stay was denied. That means the jury selection process is still set to begin tomorrow and the trial will start on Monday if the jury is in place by then.
