Sandusky Jury Selection Latest

Sandusky's attorney, Joe Amendola asked for a continuance, alleging the gag order was violated. The request was denied by the judge.
On Monday, nine jurors were seated and 31 were dismissed.
About 200 jurors came to the second day of jury selection. Vetting the first 40 potential jurors was completed Tuesday.
The second group of 40 went to phase two Wednesday morning.
Attorneys could be seen mulling around courtrooms at 8:30 a.m. Both sides are given eight strikes in the jury selection process.
As of Wednesday morning, the defense had used six strikes, while the Commonwealth had used five strikes.
