Jenkins Township, Luzerne County-- Lou Ciampi Junior says his family business, Independent Graphics Inc. in Jenkins Township, will be up and running 100 percent despite heavy losses caused by the flood of 2011. Ciampi said, "I can tell you this is the biggest challenge in my personal and business life." Ciampi never shutdown his printing business but did have to modify it's operations. It has been operating out of warehouses near the home company and will be running some of its operations in Jenkins Township by December. Ciampi said, "For the first time in 31 years we had to lay-off workers just to survive but we will be back better than ever."
