    A program reminder: The Victims Resource Center will be the topic of this Sunday's Newsmakers on WBRE and WYOU. The program is hosted by Senior Producer Jayne Ann Bugda and the I-Team's Andy Mehalshick.  Guests Janet MacKay, Executive Director of VRC and Patrick Rushton- Education/Outreach Manager. The Victims Resource Center has been the voice for victims of crime in our region for almost 40 years. Newsmakers will air this Sunday, February 10th at 11 am on WBRE-TV and will rebroadcast at 11:30 am on WYOU-TV.

    
Check out our Community Link here on PA Homepage.com   This weekend you will find a story about:   The Round Hills Theatre Club is gearing up for its last -- and biggest -- production with "Willy Wonka Jr.,".   Round Hills Elementary School in Williamsport is set to close at the end of the school year.  This production is very special for students and staff.

   Also, the group "Fallen Officers Remembered" raises money to buy bulletproof vests for police officers.  The group is planning a few fundraisers.

The Observatory at Bucknell University will host a Family Night Saturday, Feb. 9, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The event, which will be held rain or shine, will focus on activities for children and their families. It is free and open to the public, sponsored by the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Bucknell. Local singer/songwriter Billy Kelly will entertain children with songs about stars, constellations and other celestial phenomena. Ned Ladd, associate professor of physics, will present "Rainbow, Prisms and Starlight: the Wonders of Light," an interactive talk designed for children of all ages.

Saturday, February 8th-

 

 Double-hit of the show "Cops" on WOLF.  "American Ninja warrior" is back 8pm on WBRE...and an SNL Special is on at 10pm. "The Grammys- Will Go On "--- (9pm WYOU), Followed by 48 Hours at 10 pm.  Doing double-duty, Justin Bieber is host and musical guest tonight of "SNL" at 11:30pm.

Sunday, February 10th

  "60 Minutes" has 3 of the 5 Americans who survived the Al-Qaeda attack on an Algerian natural gas plant....and Daniel Day Lewis (talking about "Lincoln")---7pm on WYOU.

Of course there's the LIVE Grammy Awards 9-11:30pm also on WYOU. "Dateline" has Chris Hansen's best hidden camera investigations (7pm WBRE) and 9-11:08pm is a trip down

memory lane for "SNL" fans. Bart fall for Mary Spucker (again!) on "The Simpsons" (8pm WOLF--

voice of Zooey Deschanel).
