Two Children Hit By Car as they Wait for School Bus

Summitt Hill, Carbon County-Two children are hospitalized after they were struck by a vehicle as they waited for the school bus in Summit Hill, Carbon County
    According to police the youngsters, age 7 and 8, were waiting for the bus on Market Street.  One child was dragged a number of feet by the car.  One child was taken by helicopter to Lehigh Valley Hospital, the other child was taken by ambulance. Their names and conditions are not known.   Police are still investigating.
