Two-car crash closes Route 315 in Dupont

Dupont, Luzerne County- Route 315 was closed in both directions just below the entrance to the Petro station. Two cars were involved in the wreck that happened just after 10 p.m. Monday. An assistant fire chief said three people were taken to the hospital for treatment. The extent of injuries was unclear. Initially, 911 reports indicted a bus was involved. Police say it only sustained minor damage.
