Throop, Lackawanna County- Whether it's helping newborns at St. Joseph's center in Scranton, the elderly in area nursing homes, or those in need around the globe, Blessed Sacrament Parish Stitchers of Throop, Lackawanna County has been there.
They've made more than a thousand items in just 2 years.
And on this Thanksgiving Day, Photo Journalist Joseph Butash shows us how this small group in the mid valley is thankful for their talent, and using that talent to help others
