Hallstead Arson Suspect to Face Trial

Hallstead, Susquehanna County - The man who police say set fire to his own apartment building on Pine Street in Hallstead on Friday will go to trial.

Frederick Bentler gave up his right to a preliminary hearing Monday morning.

No one was seriously hurt in the blaze.

Six of the seven apartments in the building were occupied at the time of the fire in Susquehanna County.
