Penn State Trustees Outline Why They Fire Joe Paterno

University Park, Centre County -- The board of trustees released a statement today on their decision to fire Joe Paterno last fall.
Citing 'A Failure of Leadership" in their reason to fire Paterno in his handling of the sexual abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky.
The trustees say Paterno fulfilled his legal obligation by informing his superiors, but believe he should have done more.
Paterno died in January after a battle with lung cancer.
