University Park, Centre County -- The numbers are in for the 40th annual Penn State Student dance marathon held this weekend called "Thon".

Students danced for 46 hours straight to make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.

This year's Thon raised a record breaking total of nearly $10.7 million.

The money benefits the Four Diamonds Fund at Hershey Medical Center to support children and their families dealing with pediatric cancer.
