Bada-Bing Omelet: Recipe
1/4 cup diced Onions
1/4 cup sliced Bell Peppers
1/2 cup cubed Genoa Salami
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 slices of Provolone Cheese
3 grade A extra large eggs
Pinch of salt & pepper to season
Scramble the eggs in a bowl making sure to get some air into the mix to ensure the omelet is fluffy
Begin frying the onions and bell peppers in a pan with some olive oil and salt and pepper for seasoning
Add the salami into the fried onions and peppers to get it to browned up
Add the egg mixture to the frying pan and stir so that all of the ingredients cook into the eggs
Once the base
starts to become solid, place 2 slices of provolone on one half of the
pan and fold the eggs over top and then place 2 more slices of provolone
on top and allow the cheese to melt
Once the cheese is all melty, slide the omelet out of the pan and onto a plate then garnish

Famous French Toast: Recipe
3 slices of thickly sliced Texas Toast
3 grade A extra large Eggs
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
A sprinkle of Powdered Sugar
Scramble the eggs in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract as well as a tablespoon of cinnamon and mix together
Bring the frying pan up to temperature and add a tablespoon of butter and melt
Place a piece of
bread into the egg mixture making sure that it becomes completely
saturated, and then place the bread onto the hot frying pan (repeat for
all 3 slices)
Let the bread toast up and then flip over to allow the other side to cook
Once the bread is fully cooked, place onto a plate and garnish with powdered sugar
