Downtown Stroudsburg Ice Festival Set for Saturday

Stroudsburg, Monroe County-Downtown Stroudsburg's Ice Festival will be held on Saturday, February 16th .
Visitors can check out 18 giant ice sculptures throughout the borough.
There will also be a live ice carving demonstration of a huge throne.
Downtown Business Owners say the cold event helps heat up profits during the slow winter months.
The event will run from noon until three p.m. Admission is free.
