Holiday Appetizers by the Anthracite Cafe

Mike Prushinski, owner of the Anthracite Cafe in Wilkes-Barre makes three holiday appetizers.
To make Minature Crabcakes With Remoulde Sauce you will need:
1lb Crabmeat of Choice....1/4 Cup Minced Onions ....1/4 cup minced Bell Peppers

2 Tbs mayo ...1 Egg
Pinch Fresh Chopped Parsley .... Dash of Black Pepper
Two Dashes of Old Bay ....1/4 Cup of Bread crumbs
To make Maple Bacon Wrapped Chicken you will need:
Fresh Chicken Tenderloins Cubed, Maple Bacon and BBQ Sauce
To make Hot Shot Clams you will need:
Fresh clams, steamed until open
Chopped Bacon
Durkee Red Hot
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
