Here are a few events going on this weekend across the region.
Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15
The Armed Forces Tribute Weekend on Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Eckley Miners' Village.
USO Show will be performed by the Eckley Players on Saturday at 2 p.m. and on Sunday at 3 p.m. Sit back relax and remember..
The Wayne County Antiques Show takes place in Honesdale on July 14 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.. This is the 50th Year for the event.
The event is held at Wayne Highlands Middle School, Upper Grove Street in Honesdale.
The Women's Club of Honesdale hosts this event. The money raise helps with scholarships, summer camps and other events

Drug Free Block Party-
12:00pm to 6:00p.m., at the Public Square at Public Square in Downtown Wilkes-Barre.
Music, Dancing, Raffles and more!
The event is hosted by The "United We Stand Divided We Fall" Organization
The 3rd Annual Ta-Ta Trot, a 5K Run/Walk, will be held 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 14th, during the Sunbury Celebration on North Fourth Street. The event will benefit the Geisinger Marie Lamey Fund and Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition.
The National Park Service and the Zane Grey's West Society will host the 8th Annual Zane Grey Festival at the Zane Grey Museum in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 14, 2012
Camp Papillon 5th annual Bike Run Pet Pawlooza and Pooch Pageant plus Motorcycle and Classic Car Ride on Saturday, July 14 to benefit Camp Papillon Pet Adoption and Rescue's homeless animals..
Join the Everhart Museum on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm for a fun-filled Community Day! Our theme is BEEyond! From Bees to Butterflies to Hummingbirds, as we explore the importance of bees and other pollinators in our daily life.
Schaeffer's Harley-Davidson 6th Annual Toy Run. The Toy Run benefits children and young adults with special needs in Schuylkill, Carbon and Berks Counties
The ride will begin at Schaeffer's Harley-Davidson located at 1123 Brick Hill Road, Orwigsburg, PA with Santa leading the way.

City of Nanticoke will Host 2012 South Valley Patriots Day Parade. The parade is 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Patriot Square.
Irem Temple Announces Summer Concerts at Country Club
Held at the County Club Pavilion, the concerts are held Sunday evenings at 7 pm. The public is invited to our free concerts. Come listen to some great entertainment
July 15 - The Legends, Music from the 50's and 60's
and next Sunday, July 22 - Seasoned Sounds, Big Band music
