Company Fined for Illegal Dumping in Bradford County

  A West Virgina Company has been fined by the Department of Environmental Protection for illegal dumping on State Game Lands in Bradford County.. 
   RW Products LLC of Wheeling, West Virginia, was fined $21,029 for the illegal disposal of a reported 800 gallons of waste drilling mud on State Game Lands 219 in Warren Township, Bradford County.
    The incident happened in December 2011.
   According to a release by the DEP, North-Central Waste Management Program Manager Patrick Brennan   "A driver for RW Products admitted that he intentionally dumped a load of oil-based waste drilling mud onto the ground" .
   The fine has been paid.
   The driver was arrested and pleaded guilty.  He will be sentenced on May 17 in Bradford County Court.
