Ingredients for Crab Cakes:
2 lbs. Lump Crabmeat
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 cup Mayonaise
1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 tbsp Sugar
Juice From 1 Fresh Lemon
1 tsp Hidden Bay Seafood Seasoning
Ingredients for Remoulade Sauce:
2 cups Mayonaise
1/4 cup Capers
1 Roasted Red Pepper
Sprig Fresh Cilantro
Juice From 1 Lemon
Juice From 1 Lime
1 oz. Brandy
Ingredients for Vegetarian Carnival Rice:
1 Floret of Fresh Broccoli
1/4 Sliced Red Onion
1/4 Sliced Green Pepper
2 Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 Slice Carrot
Fresh Spinach
Roasted Red Pepper
Red Cabbage
1 tbsp Fresh Garlic
1/2 Stick of Butter
