Dror and lee Levi from Around the Table Catering make Moroccan Chicken and Eggplant Gyros.
To make Moroccan Chicken you will need:
1 tsp. sumac
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. paprika with dash of cayenne
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
boneless chicken
cilantro
2 sliced onions
