TABOULI:
2 bunches of plain parsely
2 medium tomatoes diced
2 tablespoon chopped onions
2 tablespoon soaked burghul
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mint
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil.
BAKED KIBBEE:
2 lbs extra lean ground beef or lamb
2 lbs burghul soaked
1 small onion
1 teaspoon kibbee spices ( all spice,cinnamon ,cumin
1 teaspoon salt & black peppers.
Stuffing:
1 lb ground beef or lamb
2 onions
1 cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon black peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup veg oil.
