The Paterno family and their legal team say late Penn State Coach Joe Paterno was the victim of a   "Rush to Injustice."
His family released their findings on the Freeh Report Sunday.
That report released last summer outlined the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal that rocked Penn State's legendary football program.
An investigation commissioned by Paterno's family found the late coach did nothing wrong in his handling of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
The Paterno Report was produced, in part, by onetime Pennsylvania Governor and former U-S Attorney General Dick Thornburgh.
He calls Freeh's report factually wrong, and flawed.
Coming up tonight on Eyewitness News we will hear from the Attorney of one of Sandusky's Victims.
