Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County - Police were called to Mulligans on South Main Street in Wilkes-Barre around 2am Saturday for shots fired.  Three people, including a Mulligans employee were injured.  Authorities took 21 year old Stefan Smith of Wilkes-Barre into custody.

Police say through their investigation they confirmed that Smith was the gunman.  He now faces several counts including aggravated assault.  He was taken to the Luzerne County Jail.

Students like Stephen Blish say this isn't the first time Mulligans has had problems and he thinks its time for city leaders to step in, "It doesn't shock me. It's not the first time I heard stuff happening in Wilkes-Barre but they probably should do something about it because it's in between two colleges. You have people coming here for open house. The first thing they're going to hear is there was a shooting."

One of the victims was taken to the hospital for treatment but it is not believed to be life threatening.
