Flooded Head Start Building Maybe Open By Monday

East Stroudsburg, Monroe County-A flooded building has put classes for preschoolers at Monroe County Head Start on hold.
An old pipe burst last week, flooding the place with a few inches of water.
Workers have ripped out all the carpets and damaged dry wall
Clean up is taking longer than expected
Head Start leaders hope to get the kids back to class on Monday.
