Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County--Hazleton native and now Philadelphia based attorney Tom Kline says the Paterno family report released Sunday and talked about on the Katie Couric TV talk show is fiction. Kline said, There are no new facts in the Paterno report. They come to conclusions they want to come to without any basis in fact." Kline added, "The Freeh report does provide evidence that Joe Paterno had knowledge about the Sandusky allegations and did nothing about them." Sue Paterno and three of her children appeared on the Couric show on Monday and insisted the Freeh report was a farce and that the Joe Paterno, Freeh describes is not the man they knew all of their lives. Kline told Eyewitness News, "This is an attempt by the Paterno family to somehow rescue the reputation of Joe Paterno. I feel it only adds more pain to the victims of Sandusky.Kline represents victim number five who testified that he was molested by Sandusky.
