Frackville, Schuylkill County-"It's a nice and clean atmosphere. The people are pleasant." says, Ed Feaster, a regular at the Dutch Kitchen Restaurant in Frackville. It's staff members like Nicole Burke who are responsible for the customer's satisfaction. Call her a gramophobe, but this waitress likes to clean, a lot. "I'm always wiping the counters down, the booths, the tables. says, Burke. Now that the flu season has hit harder than ever, the potential for the flu bug to spread in the restaurant is high. "The menus we wipe down with a Clorox wipe. Usually the Clorox wipes we use to wipe down the sugars and salt and pepper, everyone is always touching them." says Burke. Customers are thankful for the staff's effort to keep the germs away. "I appreciate them going through all the trouble not to spread any germs that's unnecessary." says, Feaster. While keeping out sick customers may not always be possible, when it comes to employees of this restaurant, they'll be sure to stay home if they're feeling sick."Stay home. Keep your germs at home. We don't need it." says Burke.
