Scranton, Lackawanna County- A group has been involved for years trying to fix-up a section of the Washburn Street Cemetery in Scranton where more than half of the 110 victims of the Avondale Mining Disaster near Plymouth in 1869 are interred. Having already restored some grave markers, the group, Anthracite Living History, now wants to remove some trees that they say are hazards. Photojournalist Joseph Butash shows us their hope of beautifying the sacred ground
