With all the holiday parties and cookie exchanges going on this time of year, we've come up with a super easy cookie recipe that'll knock your Christmas socks off. I mean they're fun, they're festive, and they're shaped like little bells and ... they have a little tiny surprise baked right inside. So here's what we do... In a large bowl, we beat together some butter, powdered sugar and a touch of vanilla. To that we add in some flour, some salt and we'll mix that until it becomes like a soft dough ... Here's a test kitchen tip ... if the dough seems a little dry, just add a tablespoon of milk to it. Now for the surprise... a little tiny chocolate kiss. We wrap a tablespoon of dough around each kiss, like this, making sure it's completely covered. We'll place them on a baking sheet and pop 'em in the oven for about 12... to 15 minutes... Just until the bottoms are light brown. We'll cool 'em... Next we melt some white chocolate chips in the microwave for... a minute or so, we take a cookie and dip the top of it into the white chocolate. And before the chocolate cools ... sprinkle 'em with a little red and green decorating sugar... Or crushed candy canes or... really any edible holiday decorations. And there ya go... a holiday cookie that's easy to make, fun to share and well ... a treat to eat! Because...there's a present in each and every one of them. And if you'd like the recipe for "Wrapped Candy Presents", it's online now. So whether you're making these for your family, or as a gift to share, or... leaving them out for the "jolly old man in red"... maybe even Kelly... you may even want to make a double batch because... these cookies will have everyone, everyone saying... "OOH IT'S SO GOOD!!"
