Scranton, Lackawanna County - Monday was a sad day as family and friends gathered to remember Tara Ord Sidarovich.  The reason behind their gathering is the silver lining, after 11 years they may finally see justice for Tara.

If a showing at a vigil tells you something about a person, Tara Ord Sidarovich is loved and deeply missed.

Eleven years after the Scranton native was murdered in Florida, dozens of people came out Monday night to remember a girl whose life was cut too short.

Tara's friend Nori Fasullo says, "We're all here, with our family and our children and she didn't get a chance to have that but she has lot of family and friends that love her."

The vigil at Tripp Park in Scranton comes just days after authorities arrested two men in connection with the 11 year old cold case.  There were prayers, candles, and a releasing of balloons in Tara's honor.

Nori Fasullo and Vanessa Pattus were friends with Tara Through their tears; they remember her with a smile, "She was funny.  She had a great heart and was lots of fun.  She danced.  We were so young and I just wish there was more."

As for Tara's mother, there is finally some relief, but the heartache lingers on and the case is far from closed.  "They took away a wonderful caring young beautiful person and so much more.  It has been a long 11 years but its here and I'm going to take it from here."

Tara's mother says she believes the men arrested in this case are in fact the two responsible for Tara's death.
