Missing Luzerne County Man

Hanover Township, Luzerne County- State police are looking for a missing Luzerne County man. 

Troopers say Francis Kempinski,63, a resident of Clarks Summit State Hospital was at at his mother's home in the Buttonwood section of Hanover Township when he went missing Saturday afternoon around 3:00.

Kempinski is a diabetic. He is described as a white man, 5-feet 10 inches tall, 216 pounds, short brown-gray hair, hazel eyes.He was last seen wearing a gray Champion sweatshirt, with a beige jacket, blue sweat pants, black shoes and a baseball cap.

Anyone who's seen Kempinski should call 911 right away.
