Mr. Food: Lemon Meringue Cake

Mr. Food: Can you believe that it's almost the end of summer? But we could keep the fresh taste of summer on our table all year long, with the right recipe! While it's still warm, we top it with a layer of meringue, and if you've never made meringue before, I think you'll be pretty surprised how easy it is - we make peaks just like we would ... A lemon meringue pie... And pop that back in the oven until the peaks are golden and the meringue sets. Mr. Food: when it's finished, it looks amazing! I mean, it just shouts summer all year long!
