Judge Throws Out Montrose Council Rule

Montrose, Susquehanna County  - It's being called a first amendment victory.
    A judge in susquehanna county threw out a montrose borough council rule that restricted the 
Eyewitness news was in court last week for the hearing.
    Blogger and journalism Professor Lisa Barr challenged Montrose Borough Leaders.
    She argued against a rule that prohibited cameras from being on before and after council meetings.
    The judge has barred Montrose from enforcing the rule.
    Montrose officials and their attorney have repeatedly refused to comment.
