Loughnane's Bail Modified

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County-A judge has modified the bail terms of Daniel Loughnane
Loughnane is the man accused of leaving the scene after hitting Rebecca McCallick of Wilkes-Barre with his S-U-V.
Prosecutors say his bail should be revoked because he threatened a key witness.
That witness, is the former girlfriend and mother of his child, Jessie Spencer.
Loughnane's attorney's say the two were in a custody battle over their son, and there was never a threat, it was all about custody
Today the judge said he could no longer have direct contact with Spencer.- talks about their son must now be done through a third party.
