Ring Those Bells-Salvation Army Kettle Drive Kicks Off

       Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Friday marks the national kick off for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle campaign.
 
    At Boscov's on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre the donations were pouring in as shoppers passed the famous Red Kettle..
    Bell ringers have been out in our area since the 15th - but Black Friday is known as the official start.
    The Salvation Army had the emergency disaster services canteen out on Public Square - offering free hot chocolate and coffee as a "Thank You" to the community.
