Another Fire Investigation in Mocanaqua

Mocanaqua, Luzerne County- A Luzerne County community has another suspicious fire on its hands.


Flames broke out at a vacant home along Railroad Street in Mocanaqua just after three Monday afternoon.


It's the latest in a series of suspicious fires in the area.


Last week, a house fire on Main Street officially became a case of arson.


Just last week within 24 hours -- two vacant homes and an SUV went up in flames.


One of the fires was ruled arson.


The fire marshal is investigating the cause and investigators haven't said if all the fires are connected.
