A woman told police she was driving along
Route 940 in Pocono Lake when a car with
flashing lights pulled her over.
The man got out of the car and said
her brake light was out...
When she asked to see his badge....he went back to his
Car and took off..
The suspect is descibed as a heavy set male with
Salt and pepper hair...He was wearing glasses...
The vehicle was a full size suv with a blue light bar on the roof.
