Keep Pets Safe In the Bitter Cold

Plains Township, Luzerne County -Don't forget your pets during this brutal cold snap.
     The Luzerne County SPCA reminds people to keep an eye on pets who stay outdoors
    Make sure to check their water so it is not frozen and be sure to have adequate  shelter for your pet.
   Also, make sure your pet has enough food
    If it is too cold for you-it's probably too cold for you pet.
   If you see a stray animal or a pet not being taken care of call the SPCA.
