Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Hugo Selenski was not a happy man as he left the Luzerne County courthouse.  Judge Fred Pierantoni ruled he must be sent back to a state prison while he awaits trial.

"Andy question: Mr. Selenski anything to say about what happened in there?  I think judge Pierontoni us an unbelievable ass kisser of the D.A.'s office..  Andy- They are afraid you will try to escape again.  .your accused of killing two people....I'm going to walk out the front door.."
Selenski was referring to his escape from the Luzerne County Prison in 2003..
The escape gained national attention...
Selenski is waiting trial for the murders of Tammy Fassett and Micheal Kerkowski in 2002.   Luzerne County Officials argued that Selenski should be sent to a state prison while he wait trial.  that he is a high risk inmate.... The judge agreed....The I-Team's Andy Mehalshick asked Selenski about the victims families...He was not happy with my questions..

Andy :"What about Fassett family.- Selenski- I don't care about the family..at all."

Lisa Sands is Tammy Fassett's sister..

"He doesn't care? He should care because by the time this is over with what he has done to us..she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.." said Lisa Sands

And Hugo insists he's innocent..

"You still maintain you had noting to do do with murders?. Selenski: .Absolutely totally innocent.  Andy- Hugo if you didn't do it who did?..I'm not gong into it as soon as we get to trial we're going to talk about it.It will come out after that."

Selenski is technically a state inmate after he was convitced of a brutal home invasion in the Poconos several years ago...He will be moved out of the county priosn in the next two weeks...
