St. Patrick's Parade Association Honored

The Lackawanna County Commissioners awarded a "Good Works" certificate to the St. Patrick's Parade Association for its tireless efforts in promoting the rich history and traditions of the Irish people in our community and celebrating our quality of life. The Scranton Parade is the second largest in the Country. This year, it attracted a crowd of nearly 120,000 and had more than 12,000 participants. L-r, Commissioner Jim Wansacz, Commissioner Corey D.
