Former Rice Township Firefighter Charged

Wright Township, Luzerne County- A former Rice Township firefighter has been charged with theft after investigators say he stole thousands of dollars from his own fire company.
  
    Bly previously served as treasurer for the company and said the money was being used to purchase equipment, but police say when questioned he couldn't   provide any receipts and didn't return the money.
