East Stroudsburg United Methodist church is hosting a forum on homelessness.
The attendees include advocates to end homelessness and individuals without homes.
A recent census indicates some 130 people are living on the streets of Monroe county.
Some of them are only in their teens.
"You have them a lot on the street. I met so many they've become so many good friends of mine. We look out for each other." Said Justin Diaz, 19 years old and homeless
"Many people are there through no fault of their own. They're falling through the cracks in the system and today we need to address all of that." said Suzanne McCool, Monroe County Commissioner
Today's meeting follows a recent attempt to stop homeless people from living under the Veterans Memorial Bridge in the Stroudsburg Area.
